Welcome to the Timber Creek Homeowners’ Association (TCHOA). We are a community of 52 homes in the city of Annapolis, Maryland. Our neighborhood is a quiet oasis of trees, with two streets that end in cul-de-sacs and a small play area for kids.
We are constantly updating our site with information to facilitate easy access to important TCHOA documents and forms, serve as a repository of community resources, and aid in communicating information on community events.

A&E CommittEE
The Architecture and Environment (A&E) Committee works tirelessly to keep the Timber Creek community looking pristine and to ensure that any property modifications or projects adhere to the standards defined by the A&E Guidelines. The A&E Committee has also recently approved new colors for Hardie Plank siding.

Any property modifications or projects must be submitted for approval by the A&E Committee using the form below. Once submitted, the A&E Committee will notify you of your request’s approval status within 30 days.
Note: Any project or property modification must be approved by the A&E Committee before work can begin. Not hearing back from the committee does not mean your request has been approved.
